9:03:34 AM Chairman Murdock There was public comment on matters within the Commission's jurisdiction. Tamzin Brown noted her concerns with the speed limit on Monforton School Road that was set at 45 rather than 35 mph.

9:36:15 AM Commissioner Skinner We've already made this decision, this is just the official signing the resolution, I would move to sign to give authority to the Chairman to sign Resolution #2008-103 with the corrected date.
